Reward existing users

I signed up with visible before you introduced your $25 plan. I currently pay $30 a month. Why am I being penalized for having joined your service early in your establishment. I have to pay an extra $5 a month for having had faith in your service early on I don't see that as being fair. Those of us who believed in you and your service should be allowed to pay $25 also as a reward for making your company profitable. It's not going to break you to give us a reward for our loyalty.


You need to contact customer service and ask them to change it to the new pricing. They should be able to help you out.
