Question about $300 debit card + Beats Studio Buds offer w/ new iPhone

I have been with Visible for about 1.5 years. Visible is offering a $300 virtual debit card plus beats studio buds when you buy a new iPhone 

QUESTION: Is the $300 virtual debit card and the beats studio buds available to EXISTING Visible users, or is it for new users only?

From my understanding it is for new customers who buy a new phone from Visible and port their number in from another carrier. Last year I was a new customer to Visible and bought a new phone but I had no cell phone number at the time that I could port in so I never got the promo deal on the new phone.
