Hi @slud62 - I'm hopeful you got this resolved by now, but if not (and for others who may come across this thread with the same issue), it sounds like you either had an eSIM or physical SIM with T-Mobile and now have the opposite for your new service. Either way, after service has successfully moved over to Visible (and your T-Mobile service should've automatically terminated post-port), you can turn off and delete the old T-Mobile SIM (or, if a physical SIM, you can remove it).
