I have been a Visible customer almost from the beginning. While there are many things I like about the service I am upset that I am unable to participate in the upgrade program. I purchased my iPhone SE outright from Visible and pay the monthly fee for insurance yet I can’t upgrade my phone because I did not finance it. I don’t think that is fair.
