Why is it so hard to get help from these agents.i must of have spoken to 3 agents and as we speak no solution.all that time wasted like 45mins each agent,#@$&#@$@ Does it really take that long for them to type in word or something?do they always do this to customers that are trying to get some help?all I want is to get a refund from a piece of poop phone I got from visible.im not made out of money just to let go of this situation" come on".it's like they get these defective phones and throw them back into their phone shop so a sucker like me could purchase one.this is not in right

if you had the attitude you had hear with the agent I understand why you got no help. For the record my iPhone 15 pro max was purchased from Visible with no issue. I also got my best friend one for a christmas gift. This was also from Visible with no issues. Remember you get more with honey than with vinegar. lets start with what is the specific issue with the phone? Has the issue clearly been explained to customer service? Have you tried to reach out via social media such as facebook or twitter? If you find my solution helpful please mark it as a solution.

People have no clue how much they can get if they are just kind and humble to customer service representatives of any company. I recently switched 4 phones (mine, wifey, mom and sis) to Visible and there were hiccups with each one requiring multiple chats. People also forget the amazingness of technology; I mean really. I grew up with a rotary dial phone. Most of the issues were simple fixes; the one for my phone was a cluster fkuc. Of course I was irritated. But I treated each agent as if they were a friend and we were gonna get thru it together. I for sure strongly expressed my displeasure but always prefaced it with โplease know that this is not directed at you at all, Iโm just going to vent about this bs for a minute and I know youโre doing your best. I have gotten so many credits itโs insane. The referral credit that the other person is supposed to get canโt be applied with the 2 year discount. Guess who got each new signup a credit anyway. I always get thanked for how kind and humble I am.
It really boils down to most people not knowing how to appropriately handle their emotions. At the end of the day itโs a phone. I get that for some itโs their lifeline to the outside world, their kids, etc. No one is more important than anyone else. I really wonder how many of the โno satisfactory resolution issuesโ are self-prophecized just by their own doucheyness. Peace and blessings to all; Iโm just psyched I went from paying $100 for 2 unlimited lines on Simple Mobile, owned by Verizon, to $40 with Visible, owned by Verizon. The only difference that would clue you in that my phone is different is that it says Visible instead of TFW in the top left.
As of today, my bill is $5 a month until March (canโt ever be zero).
Take what I said to heart; I just treat them how I would want someone to treat my grandma. It costs nothing to be kind.
