first I kindly suggest dialing it back. I know you are frustrated. However myself and others are using the service with no issue. so what trouble shooting have you done? What phone do you have? do you have an e-sim or a physical sim? When did the issue happen? You give zero information that may assist you but yet trash the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are not giving the proper information to be properly helped. Did you chat in with Customer Care or did you just resort to trashing the company? If you chatted in with care what did they say? do you have case numbers?
