  1. We are going on day 12 trying to get visible to activate my account we keep getting told they have escalated our case.  I have an iPhone 15 pro and we are unable to get our original phone number back per Verizon they gave it over to visible 12 days ago and we need visible to get it active for us so we can maybe go back to Verizon.   Why canโ€™t visible tell you the real answer instead of making up lies. Really how long does this take..  as anyone else have problems getting visible to work on the iPhone 15

I moved from verizon to visible 4 days ago, and port my number to visible and can't even use it and was told the same that the case scalated to the tech support tier 2 and trust me no answer about what happened yet
