I just transferred to eSIM and the app doesn’t work I can’t enter it and cannot activate the sim. What should I do?

Hi @Rixin - If you cannot log in because of the multi-factor authentication, please contact Visible Customer Care for further assistance as they will be able to get it disabled temporarily so you can get in and get it activated.
