Ordered a 15 day trial, but never installed it. Now I'm getting a notice that my trial is ending. Cannot sign into my account since the two level security SMS code goes to my new telephone number (which was never initiated). I'd like to notify Visible that I never used the trial so I can take advantage of a 15 day trial if and when I am ready to take a test drive. Thanks!
