App won't install for free trial. Help?

What iPhone do you have? The app requires iOS 15.5 to run the app. If you phone is a newer one make sure it's up to date and try again.

13 mini. Up to date with 16.4.1. The "Get" step works but the "Install" step just thinks and thinks then stalls out.
