BLACKFRIDAY50 code expired?

Hi all,

I just signed up today trying to use the BLACKFRIDAY50 promo code but encountered problems when signing up. It gave me an error after waiting for more than 5 minutes at registration/Payment and I had to restart my phone for it to work again. I assume that this is where the problem started as now the promo code says "expired" and will not work since I am already a member. 

Has anyone encountered similar problems and get a resolution? The deal ends this evening so my time is running out to take advantage of this promotion.

If you just signed up and were not a customer before contact customer service and see if they will apply it. I know they will apply a monthly promo after someone signs up and forget to add it or have issues adding it but not sure how they will handle it since it is the annual plan. Doesn't hurt to contact them to see if they will credit you.

Thanks Dean. I was able to reach a live customer service rep. and he was able to get this resolved for me before the Promo code offer expired at Midnight.
