There appears to be a request stuck in the queue that won't load. When I try and go into the Visible application says to continue where I left off and puts me into activation, it shows a eSIM for IMEI which is for this phone but when it tries to activate it gives the error:
"Unable to Activate eSIM
You can try again, or contact your carrier for assistance."
And then sends me to use a QR code, which I do and that errors out with:
"eSIM Cannot Be Added
This code is no longer valid. Contact your carrier for more information."
How do I get that request deleted? I have tried contacting support and explaining but they keep sending me QR codes for the same request.

Reset your network settings on your phone. After that, contact Visible customer support and have them send an eSIM to your IMEI2. Try again

I tried that and it still gives the same error. The eSIM Visible is trying to send still shows the IMEI for the first slot. It's definitely something on their end.
