Billing

I have just traded my old phone and upgraded to the $40 per month plan ( paid in full). Now, I'm still getting a bill this month for $30...Do I still owe the $30? which is due today? I should receive my order/ new phone for activation tomorrow... help

@RonaldChristian - When you say you paid in full, did that mean you added a payment method or did money come out of your account for the $30 and it still says you owe $30?  Do you have auto-pay enabled?  If not, I would recommend it as it keeps you from losing service.  If you are getting billed double one-right-after-another, I would highly recommend chatting with Visible Support to see if they can help you sort it out.
