Can’t access my account or the app

I am unable to access my account and the app is a blank screen.  I have spent way too many hours on chat/twitter/FB and it’s been a week now.  I am trying to get a port-out PIN which they say is only possible from my account.  The error message “something went wrong” comes up.  Have tried on 4 different devices as well as different browsers/networks.  Very stuck.  Is anyone else having this problem?

My account has been broken for weeks (another post here) and after two case numbers and four escalations, it's still completely broken. I suspect they have some serious back-end problems
