Back in May 2022, I set up 5 separate lines with Visible. Out of those 5, there is one that I cannot remember what email address I used.
I've chatted with Visible 3 times and no one will help me. They tell me that without the email address, they can't access my account and can't help me.
I've used the forgot password link on the app and used every conceivable email address that I could have had at the time. None work.
Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve setting up a new phone number? This is also my work phone...

I don't think I can even port the number out without being able to log in...

Don't you get emails when payments are made to the account in question? I've got multiple email addresses/aliases but have them all forwarded to mu primary email address - just a matter of looking at the email header to see which one is which.
Unfortunately, Visible's identification of account by email address is one of its inherent weaknesses.
