This is a general help forum, and for the most part, Visible may view but not participate.  That being said, Bob's advice above is the process to cancel your service.

If a post has solved your problem, please mark it as an acceptable solution, it helps others that may have experienced a similar issue get a quick resolution.


I am ready to cancel before I start. I can not talk to anyone about changing my porting code. I have been waiting for 10 days to port my number and it is impossible to talk to a real person

Visible has a chat service in the app and online 

While chatting with a real person, anybody who actually uses the service knows that the chat support is nearly worthless. Lengthy waits, session disconnects only to start over; promises that a resolution is only 24 - 48 hours away -  one of mine is still ongoing since August 17, another since August 25.

If you're lucky you may get referred to a specialist who will contact you (at their leisure). Get a case number so you can track by going back to Chat.


As an aside, why are hyphenated number ranges flagged as "bad words" preventing posts unless you leave spaces around the hyphen? Is this some new urban millennial code that I'm unaware of?
