Had my new visible phone with my old number for about 4 days now. I cannot make or receive calls but can text. Also when I try to set up wi-fi calling,it says this may take a moment,then after 2 min,it comes back and says,Something went wrong,try again later,this has been tried many times over the past 4 days.Als I took out the sim card and shutoff the phone,turned it back on and inserted the sim card,still same results.Also I reset the network. Any ideas?? Thank you in advance!
Contact the Visible Chat support. They can do a network reset from there end. They might have you go as far as doing a hard reset on your new phone ...good luck and let me know what they say?
