Cannot send pictures and get group messages separately

I have an iphone 12 and switched to visible which seemed to mess everything up. I cannot send pictures to non-iphone users. I can text them, but cannot send pictures. I also get group messages separately if a non-iphone user is in the group message. please help because I am really getting tired of it. I have called visible multiple times and they are never very helpful. thanks in advance for any help or tips!!!

There isn't much traffic on these forums so not sure how soon you would get an answer. I'm not an iPhone user so I can't help but what I suggest is to go to Visible's Reddit page and post this. Lot more views and traffic their and might get an answer sooner. Again sorry I can't be of help.
