We have a Samsung Galaxy S23. It currently cannot send or received texts in group conversation. We also get messages that appear as blue circles to download, but attempts to download are unsuccessful. It appears that some of the blue circles are just randomly received, with no actual message having been sent. Other blue circles seem to represent pictures.
We are using Google messages. Tried another Messaging app and the same issue occurred.
Suggestions, please.
