Hi @Jiffy - Are you able to access the web when not on Wi-Fi? In other words, is it only Spotify?
One thing that has happened to me in the past is I would lose cellular data altogether (I'm also a Visible+ user) and the fix was to toggle Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, turn it off, and then cellular data works again.
