I received an email from EMPOWER advising I should have received the details of my 3 months of free Visible service that I applied for due to loss of job.  I have not received anything from Visible with the approval details after waiting 10 days. Tried to chat and agent knew nothing about the program and left me hold so long that I was logged out. How do I find out the status of my application with Visible and I have had a Visible account for awhile now ?

You might want to try contacting via Twitter (X) or Facebook - I've always had some success with Twitter (X) - https://twitter.com/visiblecare despite some delayed responses.

I also have received a approval notice stating that EMPOWER will pay my 3 months phone bill as well they told me what to do next but it's impossible doing it with visible and I cant talk to no customer service people.. please help somebody anybody..

Same here. I’ve been all over the website and app and I haven’t figured anything out yet on how to add the code

Have you tried looking under savings and discounts for your account. On the web, I see the ability to enter a promo code at: https://www.visible.com/account/savings-discounts

The app has that same ability under savings and discounts for your account. Visible may simply treat it as just another promo code for existing customers.
