We started using Visible service a couple weeks ago (7/15/25) Both my wife and I have new IPhone 16e and eSIM cards. My wife’s phone constantly drops calls when she is out and about in coverage areas. My phone is not dropping calls like hers does. Any suggestions as to a fix would be appreciated since you can’t call a representative. I like everything else but if you can’t make calls we will switch to another provider. Thanks.

You can chat to a representative on X or Facebook Messenger or on Reddit or on Visible website thru chat. First they would try to reprovision your SIM. Hope that fixes if not they would escalate to the internal team.

I’ve tried for several hours, at all different times to get effective assistance to fix my one to no bar phone that constantly drops out during calls, extremely slow internet and fails to send texts. Visible refuses to escalate, instead they jack around by dumping your test off to a new rep who insists on re-verifying the account and repeating all of the steps previously completed. This service is a joke. I’ve filed a formal complain asking for reimbursement.

I have the same problem calls dont stay up for more than 2 minutes a times. I chatted Sunday 12/7/25 took at least 90 minutes. Then, used my phone the next day around 2 pm PST and it was worse, one call to a person dropped 12 times within 10 minutes. 5G on my phone, the phone is new.
Got on a chat Monday 12/8, took another at least 90 minutes. I have a case ID and they said in an email to not contact them they will reach out in 3 days....3 DAYS!!! I think they dont have enough bandwidth to handle the traffic and will not resolve my issue.
This has been happening ever since I have been with visible I am not a heavy phone user, but I want what I pay for to work!!!!!!!
IMO....THIS will NOT be resolved because of the access to Verizons network and I will need to cancel my service and go with someone else......I call and it drops as soon as I hit send...time after time.....SOME BS HERE!!!!!

Network Congestion
High user density in urban areas can lead to network congestion, causing dropped calls as the system struggles to manage multiple connections.
They just dont have the access from verizon for the amount of users they now have....they will string me along until i just leave. I will keep this forum updated.
