Error message for calling restriction that prevented the completion when I make a phone call.

I just start to use visible service today after swapping my old Samsung galaxy s8+ for a Visible midnight phone. 

When I make a  phone call.  Phone  call not working and there comes voice message " We are sorry the number you have dialed has a calling restriction that prevented the completion to call: Announcement 19"

Please help me to sort out this issue.

I have the same issue.  i was able to make and receive calls for only a few days on Visible.  Now nothing.  and no voice mail either.

I've spent three mornings this week waiting in chat and am doing so again now!

With so little customer service I have no idea when I'll be able to use my phone again for, you know, phone calls!
