I have a situation:
My phone was water damaged while on vacation and is non repairable
I had my Visible app on it and had saved my password years ago
I cannot remember my password
The 2 factor verifiation defaults to an email I used on that phone and I once again I had saved the password and/or my phone number
So I bought and activated a new phone but it is on T-Mobile because they had the best package and immediate delivery. The issue is when I attempt to reset my password it requires 2 factor authorization and both are ony on my totally nonfunctioning phone.
Customer care wanted me to email in ID and wait a week or two or three.
Is there a way around that??

Only thing I can think of is if you signed in on a laptop/computer and saved the password in a browser such as Chrome or Firefox then you would still have the password. You could try to use the forgot password feature, not sure how that works on the Visible website. with the way they have the 2FA set up.
