Frustrating Activation Delay

The new iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered on Sunday was shipped on Monday, and I received it on Tuesday.  It is now Thursday, and when I use the new phone to sign into the Visible app it says that my order is still being processed.  The Go To Activation button is grayed out.  I would appreciate suggestions on what to do.

The virtual assistant ConnAI only suggests things that I've already done.  How can I get a live agent to respond?
