I've been using the hotspot feature on my laptop for a while now. Recently, I've noticed that streaming sites like YouTube, Hulu, etc, are being throttled to 2.0 mbps. I know this through task manager. YouTube for example takes like 5-10 seconds to load and the videos themselves don't load at all. I've even connected my iPad to the hotspot after disconnecting my laptop from it and the YouTube app barely functions.

Hi @Ash - Do other sites have the same slowness issue? Or is it specific to just the streaming sites? Do you have the Visible or Visible+ service plan?
