I had service with visible before and I want to start new service but it’s saying my email is with another account! What do I do to reset my email with visible so I can start new service

I have learned that every line you have with Visible needs a unique email address. Suspect that your email is still in Visible's back end system and has not been removed. Suggest if you are in a hurry to come up with another email address.
