I can’t log into the app or website. I keep getting a “something went wrong” message or “we are working on it” message also.

Try clearing the app's cache and data; failing that try uninstalling the app and reinstalling; try the web site (clearing the site's cookies and data or use incognito/private mode in the browser).

That is exactly what I have been dealing with for the past two days. I’ve had three different chats, and have been told three different times that the issue has been resolved, but it hasn’t. Please update the forum and let me know if you fixed it and how.

I have run into this in the past a couple times to where I couldn't get to the sign on using my laptop and Chrome as browser but my issues were I would never get the login screen, it would be blank. App did work but for laptop I had to use a different browser such as Edge or Firefox. Chrome did start working again about a week each time.

Same here! I go to log in, and get the confirmation code text, then "something went wrong" pops up on the screen. I click ok, and then I just have the changing emoji thing going in the middle of the screen I've tried chrome/firefox/edge on my computer and the re-installed/updated app. I've tried the chat(which was useless) and even managed to talk to Visible on the phone(also useless). It is like the people that are supposed to be helping aren't listening to what I'm telling them, and keep repeating the same thing that does nothing to solve the issue. Clearly, there's an issue with Visible's site. You'd think they'd want you to be able to login to pay your bill at the very least. I mean, that is one of the most basic functions of an online business and all. I'm a day away from my bill being due, and I've been trying to get in for 4 days now 😞

Just a follow up on my first reply... Visible did get my problem fixed. I got on chat again, and they didn't give me the run around this time. They told me to give them a few hours and they'd get back to me via email or phone call. Within 1 hour, I had an email saying the problem was fixed. I logged in, and sure enough, I was able to pay my bill! They never told me what the actual problem/solution was on their end, but it is working for me now.

OK - after lots of frustration I simply switched browsers from Chrome to Microsoft Edge and all problems went away. I was able to login immediately, pay my bill, and my account was restored in under 10 minutes.

Same thing is happening to me every time I try to login to pay my bill. It keeps sending codes but it won't accept them. I don't know what's going on.
