You need to contact them on chat. They will not see this as this is a peer to peer forum. You can try messaging them on Twitter or Facebook Messenger but I can tell you mine took about 5 days to get someone to answer my questions. Chat this past Sunday took 45 minutes wait time to a support person.
When I asked the chat line to switch my plan it immediately went dead, dormant. I noticed that I can buy a Motorola Moto G power but it said my Moto G power I currently own is not compatible. Any body got an opinion here? I think it's inexcusable that they have a $30 or $45 plan these days and I am being billed $40. Why wasn't I automatically switch to the $30 basic plan that I'm currently paying $40 for?
