I need change my service to a new phone that is a iphone 6s.running ios12.5 cant get the app to download

You can't add Visible to a new phone without the app and it looks like the app requires iOS 15.5 or later. So if you can't update to  at least 15.5 then you will not be able to get that phone to work on Visible.
