If you’re getting a message indicating that you have entered an incorrect Verizon account number but you really haven’t, try entering the account number without entering any of the numbers after the dash.

I’m having the same issue but my account number doesn’t have any dashes and Visible still says it’s wrong. Any ideas?

I have this problem too. Initially entred Verizon account# with dash, then without. Still doesn't work. My # is secondary on Verizon account with my wife's # 1st. Does that matter? Do I need to cancel my verizon  account 1st?
