VISIBLE KICKED ME OUT OF MY INSURANCE AND REFUSES TO REINSTATE IT. They cancelled it without warning after I paid for two years. They refused to reinstate it and now that I paid for the yearly service. they refuse to refund my money too.

Could you please elaborate? Is the insurance for the device (protection plan)? Have you read the terms and condition if that is needs to be paid monthly?
