Issues calling TracFone numbers

Hi, first post and looking for guidance. I've been with Visible for years, love it. Using unlocked iPhone. My family member has TracFone and when I call them they can hear me but I can't hear them. If they call me we can hear each other just fine. This issue does not present when calling them from another service (Verizon) to the TracFone number, only from Visible, on both mine and another visible account on another model phone. I believe the issue lies on the visible network through extensive trial and error over a period of over a year. My family member has gone as far as buying a second TracFone, different model, and the same issues exists. I'm at wits end and I'm curious if anyone else has ever heard of such a thing. Thanks

I would do a chat with support, or cal Tracfone support, since they have live operators that you can talk to.

Thanks, I've talked with TracFone, but as stated in my original post the problem does not appear to be on their end. Others can call the TracFone number from (Verizon, AT&T) and have a 2 way conversation. It's only when calling from a Visible account that the problem occurs.

Then start a chat with Visible, request an agent to get past the AI, and maybe they can find a solution for you. Good luck!
