I switched to Visible earlier today - activated & successfully transferred old number over but haven't been able to make or receive calls. I did all troubleshoot suggestions, i.e. iPhone is current update, toggled airplane mode, powered off etc.
Under Cellular section / SIMs --- it just lists Primary phone number - there is no eSIM but that's how we activated this to begin with. There is a prompt to 'Add eSIM' but that is to transfer the number - which we already did. Any help here is appreciated...thanks!
