Locked out

I have tried to switch over from T-mobile but visible locked my account due to wrong password. How do I get the app to work again? The help menu is all automated and useless to helping me figure this out. 
I donโ€™t know if it changed over or not. 
Im getting discouraged on my decision to do this change over. 
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Braz54 - Have you tried using the Forgot Password option? If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting Visible Support.

I bought a phone through Visible and had my number ported two weeks ago today. They still canโ€™t activate my cell service. And they wonโ€™t even offer me the courtesy of telling what the problem is. 

I hope you are able to resolve your problem soon, but if not, I encourage you to file complaints against Visible with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Communications Commission.
