Login Process Failure

My billing card expired and Visible locked my account.  Now they require two factor authenication requiring the use of my phone that they locked.  I am unable to updare my credit card information because every way into the account required 2 factor authenication which does not work with a phone that's disabled for non payment.

You need to contact customer service and have the 2FA disabled. You can contact them by chat, Facebook messenger, or Twitter. They are also on Reddit and can be messaged there also. Here is the link. https://www.reddit.com/r/Visible/
