Can I just say maybe not being able to talk to someone in support will be an issue!! : )
I'm having 2 issues:
1. getting message failure when sending texts: deleted old texts, so new text trying to send hit retry getting same error message; I can reply to texts sent me - seems I can't send texts.
2. not getting phone verification codes: visible did not send or I didn't receive code on cell so switched to email, same has happened on a few of charge accts., and bank. Not sure why code not coming to cell phone.
