I spent time with chat attempting to get my phone working again. Chat said the SIM card number was not valid for my account. I asked them to check my call history which showed that I had been making calls successfully with that Sim. I am without a phone until the new SIM arrives. I asked to make it an eSIM instead, however that was not possible because an order for shipping had been initiated. How is this even possible?!
