Received a promo code and tried using it 10 minutes after receiving the email. I get a message that it is no longer valid. Can someone shed some light on this? I also upgraded my service as per the email and automated chat without success.
If it works, it works. If it doesn't it doesn't. I am also another user like you. I also face similar problems with Visible. Hope Visible make some efforts to improve customer service.
I think the challenge is that visible teams work in silos or they release a promotion without thinking through.
