My Visible phone number is no longer in use, and I have returned to China. However, I am unable to log in to the Visible app and website as I receive a ‘server error’ message each time. Meanwhile, I continue to be charged for the service. I would like to cancel my monthly subscription.

This is a peer to peer forum. In order for you to cancel your account you will need to contact customer service through chat, go to www.visible.com, in the drop down menu under help click help center. In the bottom righthand corner click the blue box and the chat box will pop up. You don't need to sign in to your account to chat with them. Type agent or live agent in the dialog box, you may need to type this a few times in order to get a live customer representative.
