New iPhone 14 pro and old number

I bought an iPhone 14 pro from visible, with a temporary phone number that I have not activated (I was waiting for my old billing cycle to complete), now I want to port my old phone number to visible and use that number in iPhone 14 pro, I have account number and PIN. However, when I open the Visible app, it does not give me the option to choose my old phone number it says to activate the temporary number provided by Visible. Can anyone please help me how to activate my old phone number in iPhone 14 pro by porting?

My current carrier service is Metro by T-mobile.

Go ahead, activate the temporary phone number.

Then in the app, you'll se the option to transfer your current phone number.

Don't forget to download the e-SIM again, once the port gets completed.
