I have good cell service, I can text but have NO Internet. I've completed all the Visible trouble shooting procedures (off & on of airplane mode, updating app and system, rebooting, etc) with the same results, No Internet. I've tried using Chat and get to a point where it wants a case number with no case number displayed. There is no support phone number that I can call and I am getting frustrated with the whole thing!!!
