I ordered a new phone Nov. 2nd and it said it will be shipped next business day. So far order still shows processing and no one can tell me what's going on. I'm told I need to wait 3-5 days for a "specialist" to review the order. Interestingly enough I ordered my wife's phone AFTER mine, yet hers got delivered yesterday.

I'd suggest going another route, the customer service here is non-existent. I wish I would've known before signing up.

Update:
It is now November 11th. Still do not have the phone, no update on the order, and no contact from a "specialist" as promised. Additionally I requested to speak with a manager 2 days ago and was promised a call back and haven't gotten that either. Frontline customer service via chat or social media is pretty much useless; only thing they can tell me in regards to my order or account is that "a specialist is looking into it" and I'll hear from them.
