is there a solition on hand to this? my wife and I both have service on visible , she has an iphone 11. I have a google pixel 4a 5g. We have both tried to the restart to no avail. We have data but unable to access the app due to 2 factor authentication and the inability to receive a text code to gain access to the visible app. thank you Craig
