I knew of the outage and contacted chat anyway. Some people have had luck. They told me immediately about the outage and gave me the choice to try some things. We did and no luck. They then told me the only other thing I could do is reset network settings. But WARNED me that due to the backend issue I may lose all service doing this. Many customers who reset their network no longer have any functionality. I thank them for this warning!!
So I’m heading the warning and waiting it out. I don’t need to talk to those android pekple anyway. 😂
