Proceduring for setting up new account on a phone purchased online

My wife's Galaxy S9 is not compatible with Visible (I checked the IMEI), so I'm thinking of buying her a refurbished phone online. Is there a procedure for setting up Visible on a newly purchased phone that includes transferring all her data (apps, contacts, photos, etc) over from her old phone?

I recommend purchasting from Visible directly.  This way you insure compatibility

There is no assurance that a phone you purchased on line will be compatible.
