Replacing a lost phone with a new phone and sim


If I lose my Visible phone, how can I restart service with another visible phone and (unactuated) sim?  

I cannot fiqure how to do this and retain my same phone number, as  the existing phone # is not ported from another carrier. I usually travel with a spare phone and sim. Chat was not helpful in answering this question.


Ask the customer care to send you a new SIM, or if you wanna use eSIM tell them you wanna reload your eSIM in a different phone 

That might be good advice if there actually was a "customer care" with Visible. I can't find it and I have the same problem of a lost phone.
