S23 to S24 Upgrade

Trying to upgrade my 50% paid Galaxy S23 with 256 MB phone to an S24. Only option available is 128GB I want 256. Payment option only gives me 36 months payment option I want 24. How to I get this resolved?

I think you would need to contact Affirm since they handle the financing. I don't think Visible customer service will be able to help.

I might be out of luck. Affirm only does the financing. The models and terms are set by Visible.
