SIM card has not arrived after a week and tried the messaging, but keeps sending us in a loop and now it says our phone will lose service! What to do????

Contact customer service by chat, when you pull up the chat box type agent or live agent that should get you by the robot. You can also contact CS by Facebook messenger or Twitter both of which can be found in the bottom right hand corner of this page.
The card takes one to two days to arrive, it is sent through FedEx next day and and take one to two business days. You do need to be home to sign for the package. If you were not home FedEx is supposed to leave a door tag that can be signed but some drivers are not following protocol. You will need to contact customer service to have another card sent out.

I have not received my Sim card for my phone from FedEx it haven’t came in from the mail from almost 3 weeks or three days
