Service in Puerto Rico

I recently switched to Visible and am currently in Puerto Rico but have no service. I assumed that when I got here, my service would automatically switch to roaming as it did with my previous service, Cricket. But that didn't happen. How can I get service here?

First off you didn't say which plan you have, you need the plus plan to get roaming in PR. If you are on the basic plan roaming in PR is not available on that plan. I am not positive but I think you needed to turn on roaming before leaving the US, but again not sure.
